Inergy, L.P. has acquired the assets of two retail propane operations in northern Florida - Coleman's Gas, Inc. of Hastings, and Johnson and Johnson Propane, Inc. of Madison. The two acquisitions, Inergy's 17th and 18th since its founding in 1996, are an expansion of Inergy's current northern Florida operations.

Inergy Southeast includes Inergy's operations in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina and Tennessee. 

The company's operations include the retail marketing, sale and distribution of propane to nearly 210,000 residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural customers. Inergy also operates a supply logistics, transportation and wholesale marketing business that serve independent dealers and multi-state marketers in 35 states.
