Heritage Propane Partners, L.P. said it is acquiring the retail propane assets of Stegall Petroleum Inc., which is headquartered in Monroe, North Carolina.

“Monroe is in an important growth market for Heritage around the Charlotte metropolitan area,” said Bradley K. Atkinson, vice president of corporate development for Heritage. “We are pleased to welcome the Stegall employees and customers to the Heritage family.”

ExxonMobil said it has resumed marketing Mobil Jet Oils to airlines served by Exxon Corporation prior to its merger with Mobil Corporation in 1999, but not previously served by Mobil.

As a condition of the merger to form Exxon Mobil Corporation, the U.S. Federal Trade Commission and the European Commission required ExxonMobil to divest itself of the Exxon Turbo Oil business.
